Terms of use

Rules for using Hyperprice, a high-risk short-term prediction price market. You can lose deposited funds. Last updated 15 August 2026.

These terms describe how you may use the Hyperprice app at hyperprice.io and these docs at docs.hyperprice.io. They are not legal advice. If you cannot legally use a prediction price market where you live, do not use Hyperprice.

By creating an account, signing in, depositing, or placing a trade, you agree to these terms and to the risk disclosure.

The product

Hyperprice is a short-term UP/DOWN prediction price market. You trade listed markets in timed rounds, at live share prices in the app.

  • Round results credit an in-app USD balance.
  • Deposits and withdrawals move as USDT (BEP-20) on BNB Smart Chain.
  • Hyperprice is not a bank, broker, insured deposit, or investment advisor.
  • There is no public or private trading API. Only real human traders are welcome.

Eligibility

You must be allowed to use this kind of product under the laws that apply to you. Hyperprice may be unavailable or restricted in some places. Access can be refused or limited.

Accounts

You sign in with a BNB Smart Chain wallet (WalletConnect) or Google. There is no email/password account. You can add an authenticator app. See Security.

You are responsible for your wallet, devices, and Google account. Keep withdrawal addresses accurate. Hyperprice cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain transfer sent to the wrong address. Hyperprice will never ask for a seed phrase, Google password, authenticator secret, or recovery codes.

Usernames, avatars, and bios must not impersonate others or break applicable law. Hyperprice may remove a handle or image.

Trading and funds

  • You can lose all or part of deposited funds. Losing shares settle at $0.
  • Fees are as shown in the app and in Fees.
  • Stakes use welcome bonus first, then cash. Bonus is not withdrawable.
  • Tips debit cash available only.
  • Published round prices are the index shown on Trade. Other websites do not set Hyperprice. See Accuracy.

Network fees (BNB), delays, wallet errors, or rejected transactions are part of using a chain. Hyperprice does not control BNB Smart Chain.

Referrals and liquidity

Invite rewards and welcome bonus follow Referrals. Liquidity locks and spread rewards follow Provide liquidity. Rates can change; nothing is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the service, abuse other users, spoof identity, launder funds, or automate trading against Hyperprice. Bots and trading APIs are not offered and not welcome.

Changes

Hyperprice can change markets, durations, fees, limits, copy, and these terms. Material product facts are documented here and in the live app. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the update.

No warranty

The app and docs are provided as they are. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular profit, or that a quote on another site will match Hyperprice.
